How to disable ModSecurity on cPanel?

Although it is not recommended, you can disable ModSecurity directly through cPanel by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. Navigate to the Security section.
  3. Click on ModSecurity
  4. If ModSecurity is enabled, you will see an option to disable this on all domains.

If you have multiple domains or subdomains, you can also disable and enable on a specific domain under the Configure Individual Domains section and choosing On or Off under the Status heading.
