How to add a signature in Webmail?

Adding a signature in Webmail will show text at the bottom of each email you send through your cPanel email account.

Adding a signature can be useful, as it can save you time from typing lots of information such as your business details, links to your website or social media sites and any other information which may be relevant on each email you send out.

To add a signature in Webmail, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account and navigate to the email address you wish to add the signature to. You can also do this by going to yourdomain.com/webmail and signing in to your email account.
  2. Choose Roundcube as your email client. You can also set this to open the inbox automatically when you log in by clicking the checkbox.
  3. From the left-hand menu, select the Settings option, followed by Identities and then click on your email address.
  4. Enter your signature into the relevant field and click Save.

That's it! Your signature will now appear on your sent messages. You can control the settings for your signature by navigating to: Settings>Preferences>Composing Messages and editing the Signature Options as you need.
