How to turn on spam filters in Webmail?

Spam Filters are included on all Webmail email accounts as standard, however, depending on your settings, you may need to turn these on. To turn on Spam Filters in Webmail, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. Navigate to Email>Spam Filters
  3. Make sure the option – Process New Emails and Mark them as Spam: is toggled on, showing a blue icon.

That's it! This enables Apache SpamAssasin and will assign a score to each email received into your email address and any suspicious emails will be marked as spam.
