How to use the calendar in Webmail?

Each email account in Webmail has a calendar included as standard. This can be used for any number of reasons including the ability to set yourself reminders about important tasks or appointments.

Please note, when using the calendar in Webmail, this is set to the server time which is GMT/UTC +1.

Setting calendar tasks and reminders in Webmail is quick and easy. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account and navigate to Email>Email Accounts. Click on Check Email for the email address you would like to use the calendar for. You can also use yourdomain.com/webmail and enter the email address and password for the account.
  2. Select Roundcube as your email client. You can also set this as your default email client which will automatically log in to Roundcube when you enter your email account.
  3. Select Calendar from the left-hand menu and click on Create from the top menu.
  4. Complete the details as necessary and confirm by clicking Save.

That's it! You can repeat these steps for each task you need to add to your calendar.
