If you need to find your cPanel username, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hosteology account, click on Services and then the relevant service.
- From the left-hand menu, click on Login to cPanel under Actions.
- You now have 2 options. From the top menu, you will see your username on the right-hand side next to the user icon. On the left-hand menu, under General Information, you will see your username under Current User.
This also works if you log in to cPanel directly rather than going through your account.
