How to access backups from JetBackup?

We offer free daily backups on all hosting plans through JetBackup. You can find and download the last 3 days of backups at any time.

In order to access backups from JetBackup, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. Navigate to the JetBackup section and select the Full Account Backups option.
  3. Choose which backup you would like to download and click Generate Download from the right-hand side.
  4. Once the download has been completed you see the Download option available. Click this and your backup will be downloaded to your local device.

You can repeat this method on any account for any available backup.
