How do I get a refund on my hosting?

In order to qualify for a refund, you need to cancel your hosting plan within 30 days. Either cancel through your account or contact us requesting a refund.

Please note that all refunds will be processed using the same payment method used when you placed the order. Processing times can vary by bank.
