If you would like to cancel your hosting plan, you can do this in 2 ways.
First, you can log in to your client account, select the Services option from the menu and click on My Services. From here, click on the Active account you wish to cancel and then select Request Cancellation.
You can choose to cancel your hosting immediately or at the end of your current billing period.
We can also do this for you. Simply contact us and advise you would like to cancel your hosting plan and when and we will update your account accordingly.
