Why am I seeing a DNS error on my website?

If you are seeing a DNS error when trying to visit your website, this is usually a sign that either, the nameservers are incorrect or in the event of a recent change, the DNS has not yet completed propagation.

You should also double-check the spelling of the domain name you entered as an incorrect spelling could lead to trying to visit a domain that does not exist and can also show this error.

If your nameservers have been changed and are correct and you are still seeing this error, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate this for you.
