If you commission amount is showing as pending, this is due to the fact it has not yet passed our 30 day grace period. After this time, the commission should be showing as available.
You can request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches $50 or more.
We do not feel it high. In fact it is lower than many of our competitors and other industries. We have set the limit at $50 as a way to avoid any potential misuse of the program.
If a referred client cancels their hosting within 30 days, any commission associated with that order will also be cancelled.
At this time, we currently only offer payouts via PayPal, so while you can join, we would not be able to pay you any commissions if you do not have a PayPal account.
In short, because there are many more costs involved with running our reseller hosting plans. Due to this we have had to offer a lower commission rate to reflect this.
